ARE WE ON THE BRINK OF ANOTHER JESUS MOVEMENT? REVIVAL + THE LA CHURCH MOVEMENT

Los Angeles is a melting pot for all types of people, ethnicities, culture, music, entertainment, business, fashion, education, backgrounds, social rankings, a place of innovation and also well known as media capitol of the world. There is so much influence in this city in California, and there is also so much need as much as there is affluence. You can be on one street where there are high-end boutique cafes, shops and restaurants one minute and then turn a corner where skid row is and there are many sleeping on the streets. You may be passing an industrial center and or shopping flea market, and then end up in front of a luxurious hotel. Interesting place to be in, and we are living in very pivotal times.
There are many wonderful churches all over California and throughout the OC, LA, and throughout Hollywood. It seems more recently, there is a move going on through LA and throughout California. Many churches are being planted, and I believe that is because God sees the need, the hurt, the pain, the despair, and the lost and wants the church to come heal, bind up the broken, and save those who are perishing. Of course there is need everywhere but also I believe if the influencers are influenced, they can help more people as well and the impact will be massive. Not to mention, skid row and other surrounding areas are crucial to attend to. I believe God is raising up a tidal wave of believers to pour over the city of LA and Hollywood that will be hard to ignore. The living water is going to be poured out in the spirit…are you ready?
“ In the last days, God says,I will pour out my Spirit on all people.Your sons and daughters will prophesy,your young men will see visions,your old men will dream dreams.Even on my servants, both men and women,I will pour out my Spirit in those days,and they will prophesy.” Acts 2:17-18
As many of you may have read previously here on my blog site, I have felt a stirring in my spirit that God is about to do big things in LA and Hollywood around 2008. Just in 2011 and 2012 I felt God speak to me about this rising in Hollywood that it was about to change. I also met people at these Hollywood Bible studies who agreed, and had heard the same words from the Lord. Not just the literal locations or geographic perimeters, but in the industry through film, media and music. This is revival. This is the awakening the church has been praying for. We are on the brink of many many souls getting saved for the Kingdom of God through the message of the Gospel (John 3:16-17). The harvest is ripe!! (Luke 10:2)
“…But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.” –John 20:31 (Holy Bible)
God sent His Son Jesus Christ of Nazareth, (the awaited Messiah, as prophesied in the Holy Bible) to save the lost, the sick, the dying the perishing! God loves the whole world! Not just the saved, or those who go to church, but He wants us to reach those who are blind in faith. (Mark 2:17 says, “On hearing this, Jesus said to them, ‘It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”) We need to help open their eyes to the love that God has for them! That is for you too! God loves you so much! He would send Jesus to die if you were the only person on earth! Did you know that? Wow, God’s love is powerful! Nothing can overtake His love; nothing can quench His love for us, and for His bride the church!
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me,because he has anointed meto proclaim good news to the poor.He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisonersand recovery of sight for the blind,to set the oppressed free,to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” –Luke 4:18-19
The church had been sleeping but the church is now AWAKE! Get ready soldiers, we are going to experience many souls coming to salvation, as well as a large move in the media where we will begin to see the news, and media outlets promoting what God is doing…I can’t wait! It is already happening!

Before I get into the fact the church is enlarging and growing, because we are living in the last days, I want to give the different examples of churches being planted in LA. Saddle Back LA (http://saddleback.com/visit/locations/los-angeles) Hillsong LA, (https://hillsong.com/la_) Fearless LA Church (http://fearlessla.com) and more! There is also current churches in LA making an impact such as Oasis, Reality LA, One Church International (impacting the culture with the Gospel and helping youth in creative arts) Ecclesia, Mosaic and more. I do not attend all of these services so I take in faith, each one with reverence before the Lord. If you attend these services always make sure you are referring to the Word of God as your reference to what is being preached, amen? God is so good!

If you don’t live in LA be praying and also pray for your church and surrounding locations. Geography isn’t what’s important-every place and person matters-it just so happens Hollywood is the capitol of entertainment, which is the vehicle God is using to spread the GOOD NEWS! (Good news= Jesus died for you and me so we can have fellowship with the everlasting God-we can’t earn our way to heaven…only by the blood shed on the cross, gives us life paid at Calvary 2,000 years ago-amen!) We need to share this message and not keep it to ourselves. Wherever you live and whatever church you attend-you matter! Share the news however God leads you. Whether in person, on Facebook or through other forms of Social Media!
Also, even if you are not in LA you are not missing the excitement because the second thing that God is using equivalent to the platform of films, music is technology. We all have access to it, and this is how we will get the Gospel to the four corners of the earth! (Matthew 24:14) There are many ways this is happening aside from missionaries and physical ministry, which we still need and value-but it is so powerful that someone who lives on the other side of the world, can access TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) and hear different preachers, be ministered to, and so forth! The Lord doesn’t need technology, He can appear to whom he chooses-which is actually happening in Muslim countries and other parts of the world where they are forbidden to read the Bible or to convert. Remember-God is ALL-powerful! But He is also SOVEREIGN so He can use whatever vehicles or vessels He wants, amen? This is so exciting! I want to share that this will also quicken the possibility of the Lord’s return for His church because of the increase of knowledge, technology, and the capacity we have now to literally reach the world! Hallelujah!
“Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.” –Daniel 12:3
Let me tell you, God is not playing; He is moving and quickly moving in the media. Those who are not with God and are using the industry for demonic, perverted, or dark purposes will soon be cut off. The battle is still real, and there will still be darkness but God is allowing the godly to be leaders in the culture to advance the Kingdom. We need to take back what the enemy has stolen! He was the worship angel and was cast out for pride and to worshipped, we need to restore what has been lost and give the glory to God.
Some of those who are glorifying God with the message of the Savior Jesus Christ will be elevated in the industry-people will not have an excuse that they didn’t hear the Gospel or didn’t know who Jesus was…why? Because it is going to be promoted through technology, music, and media. Are you excited? I am! God is so good! I am thankful He gave me this vision and revelation of HOLY-WOOD. I know it is coming with an awakening similar to the harvest we saw in the Jesus Movement in the 1970’s.
